To avoid any issues at all, please download the Trackman App as this facilitates the whole booking and allows you to get started with ease!

Once you have booked your time-slot, you will be sent a unique code which will allow you access to the Swing Zone Golf pod via the digital security door lock for the duration of your booking.

The minimum booking time is one hour but if you want to ensure you get a full 18 holes completed then you might want to book for two hours. The average time for a 4 ball to complete 18 holes is 3 hours.

No! The Swing Zone Golf pod is yours and only yours for the duration of your stay.

The Swing Zone Golf pod can be used for between 1-4 people. Only one person can hit a ball at any one time but we have comfortable seating for those that like to chill out between shots.

All Swing Zone Golf pods come equipped with a full set of right-handed and left-handed clubs (all irons, woods and a putter).

You are more than welcome to bring your own clubs to Swing Zone Golf but they must be clean.

You do NOT need to let us know beforehand.

All Swing Zone Golf pods come equipped with a selection of top-of-the-range golf balls but you are welcome to use your own golf balls but they must be clean and free from any Sharpie marks, scuffs or other damage

All Swing Zone Golf pods come equipped with a selection of suitable golf tees to withstand the wear and tear of regular use.

Swing Zone Golf uses Trackman iO - Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking (OERT) for state-of-the-art accuracy

Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 22:00 (last pod booking at 21:00 for a one-hour session)

Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 to 21:00 (last pod booking at 20:00 for a one-hour session)

Children are more than welcome but we just ask that children under 12 are accompanied by an adult.

The Trackman simulator also has a series of games for all of the family to play so there are plenty of activities for the children to enjoy

Not in the slightest and this is the joy of Swing Zone Golf!

Trackman utilises the most cutting-edge simulation software on the market so the pod can be used by professional, scratch, golfers looking to tweak their game; first-time players who want the comfort of their own space to learn the game; groups looking for a nice, low-cost backdrop for a catch-up; people who don’t have the time for a 5-hour round every week; and the young-at-heart who want to use the selection of kids games available on the system.

Yes, we do allow drinks into the Swing Zone Golf pod. The Lookout bar is just seconds away so feel free to buy a drink and take it in with you for your game. We will provide table and coasters for the drinks, and we ask that any spillages are dealt with accordingly.

Naturally, we ask that all liquids are kept away from the simulation software system!

We do NOT allow food into the Swing Zone Golf pod but you can buy delicious hot and cold food in both The Lookout or the main clubhouse before or after your session.
